Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Harriet & Hounds. Each item is hand-stamped with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your order.

Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalised dog tags unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

Non-Personalised Items
If you ordered a non-personalised product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first at harriet@harrietandhounds.co.uk to arrange a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will happily offer a replacement or refund if the mistake is ours.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.

We recommend using tracked postage for your peace of mind.
