Where We Ship

We currently ship within the UK only.

Processing Times

All of our tags are hand-stamped to order. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be made before dispatch - the majority of the time orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.
During busy periods (e.g. launches or holidays), this may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated via email and Instagram.

Delivery Estimates (UK)

Tracked 48 Delivery: 2–4 working days

Tracked 24 Delivery: 1–2 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked option, tracking info will be included.

Packaging
All items are carefully packaged in eco-conscious materials. Your order will arrive in a padded mailer or kraft box.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please email us at harriet@harrietandhounds.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
